Samsung, accelerating its efforts in the mid-range segment, is preparing to introduce the Galaxy A56 to users soon. While details about the phone have been limited so far, this is gradually changing. Recent reports shed light on the design of the model.

Anthony, a trusted source in the industry known for reliable leaks, shared the design of the Galaxy A56. According to the leaked information, the phone’s back panel will resemble the iPhone X and XS models. On the front, it will feature a punch-hole display with an above-average screen-to-body ratio.

Sources claim that the model will boast an aluminum frame with glass panels on both the front and back. Additionally, it is expected to feature a 12-megapixel selfie camera and a battery capable of 45W fast charging.

The South Korean manufacturer typically reserves 45W fast charging support for flagship models. While this feature has appeared in some limited Galaxy F and Galaxy M models sold in markets like China and India, mid-range devices generally charge at slower speeds. However, this trend seems set to change with the Galaxy A56. The company is expected to standardize 45W fast charging in the mid-range segment after this model.

According to previous reports, the Galaxy A56 will feature the Exynos 1580 processor, with an octa-core CPU including one Cortex-A720 core clocked at 2.9 GHz, three Cortex-A720 cores running at 2.6 GHz, and four Cortex-A520 cores at 1.95 GHz.

The camera setup will consist of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 12-megapixel front camera, as highlighted in the latest leaks.
